If you are new to Park Cities Pet Sitter, we invite you to sign up by clicking on the button below. You may also contact us via email at pets@pcpsi.com or give us a call and we will be happy to get you set up. We look forward to serving you!
If you have used our service in the past, then you are considered an existing client. Please do not re-register as a new client, as this will create a duplicate account. Please contact us for any log in issues at pets@pcpsi.com or 214-828-0192.
Our Completely Secure System Allows You To:
- schedule your service
- make changes to an existing reservation
- update your personal or pet information
- update your payment method
- review your schedule at any time
- upload a picture of your pet(s)
If you have used our service at any point in the past, then you are considered an existing client.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
PLEASE DO NOT RE-REGISTER AS A NEW CLIENT, AS THIS WILL CREATE A DUPLICATE ACCOUNT.
If you do not have a user name or password yet or simply forgot them, please email us at pets@pcpsi.com or give us a call at 214 - 828 - 0192 and we will retrieve that information for you or have it reset.
If you have more then one email address listed on your account and you forget your password, you will need to contact our office directly by phone 214-828-0192 or email pets@pcpsi.com. The system will not be able to automatically retrieve it for you. We apologize for the inconvenience.
