Our Secure Technology Allows OUR STAFF To:
- Access client’s home and pet details electronically using password protected iPads and smart phones, so they have all of the necessary information to provide great service, at their fingertips


I'm a New Client
Notes for New Clients:
If you are new to Park Cities Pet Sitter, we invite you to register in our scheduling system by clicking on the button above. Our scheduling system is where you are able to:
- Enter your home, pet, and emergency contact details for the first time
- Make your first reservation(s)
- Add a credit card(s) to keep on file for future reservations
You may also contact us via email at pets@pcpsi.com or call us at 214-828-0192 if you have questions about making a new reservation, and we will be happy to get you set up that way. Please note that short notice and/or holiday bookings may be subject to a last minute booking fee and a credit card to hold the reservation. We look forward to serving you!

I'm an Existing Client
Notes for Existing Clients:
If you have used our service in the past, then you are considered an existing client. Please do not re-register as a new client, as this will create a duplicate account. If you have forgotten your user name or password, please email us at pets@pcpsi.com or give us a call at 214–828–0192 and we will retrieve that information for you or have it reset.
As an existing client, you can access the online scheduling system anytime, day or night, to:
- Update your home, pet and emergency contact information whenever it changes
- Check your home, pet and emergency contact information to be sure it is up-to-date prior to your next trip
- Make new reservations or change existing ones
- Keep credit card information up-to-date
