Once a business is nominated during the nomination period, Quality Business Awards uses proprietary software to identify its annual winners. Their software features a learning algorithm to review each business. They check for consistency, client satisfaction, and reputation from at least three different sources including Google, Facebook, Yelp, industry related review sites, Trust Pilot, BBB, Scamwatch, Scam Advisor, and more. They analyze a ratio of positive to negative signals to meet their required quality standard of 95% or more. A manual review follows and winners are notified once all steps in the process are complete.
