For more than 30 years, our mission has remained remarkably simple: keep your pets home, healthy, and happy while you’re away. Since opening our doors in 1992, we’ve had the privilege of caring for thousands of dogs, cats, and other beloved pets throughout the Dallas Metroplex. We’ve grown alongside our clients, welcomed new neighborhoods, expanded our services, and built a team of dedicated professional caregivers who treat every pet like family. As we’ve grown, one thing has become increasingly clear: We’ve evolved. And it’s time for our brand to evolve with us.
A New Chapter Is Coming for Park Cities Pet Sitter
Over the coming weeks, you’ll begin noticing some exciting changes across our website, social media channels, and communications. While we’re not ready to reveal everything in this blog, we wanted to let you know that a fresh new look and a new name are on the way.
Don’t worry, though. While our appearance may be changing, the heart of who we are is staying the same.
You’ll still find the same trusted team, the same personalized care, and the same commitment to giving pet parents complete peace of mind whenever they’re away from home. No ownership change, nothing like that, just a new, more relevant version of who we’ve always been: Dallas’ Most Trusted Pet Care Providers.
Why the Change?
When we first opened our doors more than three decades ago, our original name reflected the services we focused on at the time.
Today, we do much more.
Our team doesn’t simply “pet sit.” We care for pets in every sense of the word. We provide professional dog walking, personalized in-home visits, medication administration, puppy care, cat care, home care services, and trusted support that helps families maintain their pets’ routines while life takes them elsewhere.
Our caregivers become part of our clients’ lives. We celebrate new puppies, comfort senior pets, welcome new kittens, care for multi-pet households, and build relationships that often span many years.
Our new brand better reflects the complete care we provide and who we’ve become.

Although our look is changing, our values never will.

When we think about these changes, we see a rebrand that allows us to become more ourselves. Our new name and look allow us to become a brand that better reflects the warmth, professionalism, experience, and exceptional care that have defined us for more than 30 years.
